SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays) or due to the specialized nature of packaging our honey buckets to prevent damage, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders [OR: on orders over $XX].

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Mexico.

Import Duties and Taxes (For orders shipped from Mexico to the USA):

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Colmena de Oro Honey] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Due to the weight and size of our products (Honey Buckets), we utilize carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL) that may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at administracion@grupolacolmena.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging our honey to prevent leaks or breakage. However, accidents during transit can happen.

If your order arrives damaged (leaking, cracked bucket, or broken seal), please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item AND the condition of the shipping box immediately.

  2. Email us at administracion@grupolacolmena.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution (replacement or refund) once the damage is verified.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us immediately. If the order has already left our warehouse, we cannot change the destination.
